Centavizer MarketPlace Shipping Policy
At Centavizer we only ship within the USA. Product Orders will typically ship within 2-3 business days after the order has been placed from Mobile App, and orders can be expected to arrive to a customer within 7-10 business days from the order date, unless stated otherwise in checkout page.
Centavizer shipping costs are calculated by estimated carrier rates (ie. UPS Ground/FedEx Ground) and billed/approved prior to shipment. Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
You will receive a Shipment Tracking Confirmation in the transactions details page once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You will be able to track your package(s) via the carriers direct website.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim or refund.
Please note: Centavizer does not allow shipping to PO Boxes. We may reject, or in some cases cancel, orders if it is being shipped to a PO Box.
